We don't expect you to need these instructions. The keychain is designed to work like magic — just tap it and beautiful things happen. But if you need a little help, we're here.
For the one holding the QR card
You're the one sending the Love Messages. The QR card is your secret — keep it in a safe place.
How to send a message
Gift the keychain
Give the keychain to your loved one. It comes in a gift box with a 3D-printed wax seal.
Keep the card
On the outside of the gift box you'll find a special card with a unique QR code. This card is your key to sending messages. Keep it safe.
Scan whenever you want
Open your phone's camera and scan the QR code on the card. You'll be automatically taken to a page where you can write your message or dedicate a song.
Write your message
Write whatever you feel. An "I love you", a song dedication, a memory. You can change the message as often as you like - every time you scan the card.
Your loved one will be notified that a new message has arrived.
For the one holding the keychain
The keychain you're holding contains messages from someone who loves you. Every time you tap it on your phone, you unlock their message.
How to read a message
iPhone (XS and later)
Unlock your phone and tap the top edge on the keychain.
Android
Enable NFC in settings (it's usually already on) and tap the back of your phone on the keychain.
A page with the message sent to you will open automatically.
First time? Add it to your home screen
The first time you tap the keychain, we recommend adding the page to your phone's home screen. This way you'll receive notifications every time a new message arrives.
iPhone:
- Tap the "Share" button (the square with the arrow)
In Safari, it's at the bottom of the screen. In Chrome, tap the three dots first. - Select "Add to Home Screen"
- Tap "Add"
Android:
- Tap the three dots in the browser menu
- Select "Add to Home Screen"
- Tap "Add"
Then return to the page and tap the bell icon to enable notifications.
Important
To read any message — new or old — you must always tap the keychain on your phone. This is the magic key that unlocks the words of love.

Can I read the message without the keychain?+
No — the keychain is the key. Without it, the message stays hidden.
How often can the message change?+
As often as the sender wants. Every time it changes, you'll be notified (if you've enabled notifications).
What happens if I lose the QR card?+
The card is the only way to send Love. Keep it in a safe place. If lost, contact us.
What happens if I lose the keychain?+
Without the keychain, you can't read the Love. It's one of a kind — keep it close.
