Return Policy

This return policy has been drafted in accordance with Greek Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, as amended, and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by a clear statement via email of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

Product Returns

Refund timeline

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent the goods back (whichever occurs first).

Refund method

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for the refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 3ib of Greek Law 2251/1994, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  1. Custom-made products: Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., with an engraved name or personalized message)

  2. Sealed goods: Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they have been unsealed after delivery

  3. Digital content: Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your express consent

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match its description, you have the following rights under Greek Law 2251/1994:
