At akuson akuson, we handle every order with care and attention. Here you will find all the information about the shipping of our products.
Shipping Areas
We ship exclusively via BOX NOW lockers throughout Greece, wherever a locker is available.
To find the nearest BOX NOW locker, visit boxnow.gr or check during the checkout process.
For shipments outside Greece, please contact us at hi@akuson.art.
Shipping Cost
To celebrate the launch of the akuson akuson e-shop, shipping via BOX NOW until 28/02/2026 is completely free.
Delivery Times
Order Processing
- 1-2 days between Monday and Saturday, depending on order volume. 90% of orders are shipped within 1 day between Monday and Saturday.
BOX NOW Transit Time
After dispatch, your parcel arrives at the selected locker within 1-3 business days.
Times are indicative and may vary depending on the BOX NOW distribution network conditions.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped exclusively via BOX NOW lockers.
BOX NOW lockers are automated pickup points, available 24/7 at hundreds of locations throughout Greece. During checkout, you select the locker that is most convenient for you.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:
- The tracking number
- A tracking link
- The estimated delivery date
You can track the progress of your shipment in real time.
Packaging
Every product is carefully packaged:
- Protective packaging to prevent damage
- Eco-friendly materials where possible
- Gift wrapping for special occasions (upon request)
Order Pickup
Pickup process from BOX NOW
- Once your parcel arrives at the locker, you will receive a notification from BOX NOW with the pickup code
- Go to the locker you selected
- Enter the code on the locker screen
- The compartment opens automatically and you can collect your parcel
Storage period
Your parcel remains in the locker for 3 days. After this period, it is returned to us.
In case of an issue
- Check the external packaging upon pickup
- Contact us immediately if there is an issue with the product
Delays
Possible causes of delay:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Holiday periods (Christmas, Easter)
- Strikes or unexpected events
In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you immediately.
